Payment
We currently accept the following payment methods:
- Interac® E-Transfer. Please send funds to [email protected] and use “canada” as password. As well please ensure to include your order number in the memo or notes field of the e-transfer.
- Credit Card or Debit Card via manual invoice (min. $300, max $5,000 order total). After your order is placed, an invoice will be generated and sent to you shortly. You can pay the invoice using any Credit Card or Debit Card. Note: Please ensure to check your spam or junk mail for the emails.
Shipping
All orders are shipped from BC, Canada. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped using Canada Post. Shipping times generally range between 1-4 business days, depending on your location within Canada.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the destination and package weight. Customers will receive a tracking number once their order has been dispatched. Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or postal service delays.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and estimated delivery date of your package.
