We stand behind all our products with a industry exclusive 80-day money-back guarantee. In the event you are not completely satisfied, please contact us so we can arrange a return and refund. Its that simple. Please note emails indicating products were used for human or animal consumption will not be responded to and void our return or refund policy.

Products Eligible for Refunds

• Any unopened or unused product – NOT to include discontinued product
• A maximum of two opened products including individual vials.
• This guarantee is valid for 80 days and starts from the date the tracking number confirms delivery. Beyond 80 days, we cannot guarantee a full refund or exchange – but will consider such requests on a case-by-case basis Customer satisfaction is our number one priority.

Notes:

• All returns/exchanges must be pre-approved in advance. Please do not ship us a return before you have been issued an authorization number.
• Refunds will be given back to original payment method when possible. Refunds usually occur within 2-3 days upon receiving a return.
