These terms and conditions govern the use by all parties using Cold Peptides and the website www.coldpeptides.ca. These terms need to be accepted before one can make a purchase.

The products sold by this firm are only for the use by laboratories for scientific work. Purchasing these chemicals by the purchaser is deemed an understanding by the purchaser of the dangers involved with handling and distribution. These chemicals cannot be used for applications like food additive, medicine, cosmetic agents, household cleaners, or for improper use. Mention of the chemical name here does not entitle the chemical for use by the purchaser for anything contrary to the terms under existing patents. All supplied chemicals shall only be handled by individuals skilled and specially qualified. Purchasers acknowledge and guarantee, through their investigation and study, that they are independently informed and possess knowledge about the following: the regulations by the government for the use and exposure to all supplied chemicals; the health and safety dangers involved for handling the purchased chemicals; and the need for suitable warnings about the health and safety dangers for the purchased chemicals. Cold Peptides and www.coldpeptides.ca also retain the right for limiting and/or refusing sales of chemicals for individuals not qualified when the firm has good cause for suspecting misuse will happen.

All customers will need to be least 18 years of age for them to buy from us. In no situation will the affiliated partners and Cold Peptides ever be liable for consequential damages, whether claims fall under the terms of the agreement, under the circumstances specified, under the strict liability, or under any form of the general theory of the law. In exchange for the privilege to sell the said product to the purchaser, the purchaser indemnifies us and will not hold us liable for claims, expenses, loss, and liabilities of all forms resulting from the handling, possession, and use by the purchaser alone or combined with some other substance. Non-compliance will make the sale rejectable.

The purchaser warrants and represents to Cold Peptides that the purchaser will make use of the test, consumption, manufacturing, and sale of the purchased products from Cold Peptides and www.coldpeptides.ca, and the manufactured good resulting from the use of the purchased good from www.coldpeptides.ca, using the level of expertise typical for the skilled professional and in line with all relevant existing and future legislation and regulations. The purchaser also warrants that all derivatives from any product will not be misleading or adulterated under the provisions of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, and will not contain any prohibited substance under Sections 404, 505, or 512 of the Act for entry for interstate commerce. In addition, the purchaser also assents to the following: unless otherwise stated, Cold Peptides and the compounds provided by www.coldpeptides.ca are only for research purposes and, by the very nature of their use, may not necessarily fall under the definition of inventory list under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA).

The purchaser is responsible for the identification of the hazards connected to the products and for the carrying out of the required investigation for the understanding of the risk associated with the use of the materials bought from www.coldpeptides.ca. If not otherwise specified, the materials bought from Cold Peptides or www.coldpeptides.ca shall not fall under the definition of foodstuffs, medicine, medical devices, or cosmetic products. Cold Peptides and www.coldpeptides.ca will not hold responsibility for damages caused by negligence, misuse, or the occurrence of unexpected circumstances.

These materials shall not be utilized for foodstuffs, medicine, cosmetic use, household chemicals, or for some other improper use. Simply being present for these materials is not the right to use the substance, and this is not indicative of the endorsement for the violation of any patent right.

Orders will not be taken from those under the age of eighteen. Placing the order by the customer is taken as assurance that this prerequisite has been met, together with the understanding that the abuse of the said products is inherently dangerous. Under no circumstances will www.coldpeptides.ca or Cold Peptides be responsible for special, indirect, or consequential damages, irrespective of whether claims against them by the purchaser form the basis for their claim under warranty, strict liability, or under any other theory. In exchange for their sale of the products to the purchaser, and for transactions not otherwise entered into, the purchaser undertakes to indemnify and hold harmless Cold Peptides from all claims, expenses, loss, and liabilities arising from the handling and/or use by the purchaser of the purchased product.
